Judge in Hawaii Appoints Himself Dictator, Grantor Of Rights — In Essence, God

As crazy and unlikely as this sounds, that is exactly what Judge Derrick K. Watson, United States District Judge in Hawaii, has done with his order preventing” the President of the united States, Donald J. Trump, for enforcing a presidential executive order protecting this republic from illegal alien invasion of “refugees” and invaders entering from terror-riddle, terrorist-protecting, terrorist-supporting countries.  If this isn’t totalitarian enough, this “judge” then prevented every other judge along with every other state from adhering to the president’s order.  In the words of Robert Barnes, the judge made “himself a one man Supreme Court and substitute president.”  Of course, Watson is an Obama appointed judge;  however, that should not preclude the man from following the law.

Bill Introduced in House and Senate to Stop Taxpayer Money Being Used to Arm Terrorists and Their Supporters

Sometimes, common sense is not so common.  In fact, one could say that common sense is totally missing in Washington, DC.  If not using taxpayer money to arm ISIS is common sense and our government is doing it anyway, either common sense is totally missing or every government official who participated in this activity is a traitor, which shows the lack of enforcement of laws that would put the average citizens in prison or to death.

The bill (HR 608) in the House, originally sponsored by Rep. Tulsi Gabbard (D-HI) prohibits “US taxpayer funding  and arming of terrorist groups and their associates” while taking “aim at lawless US government ‘regime changes’ overseas.”  This would include the provision of money, weapons, training and any other support to terrorist organizations.  Despite a federal law already in existence that designates this type of activity a crime, the law has not been enforced when it comes to federal officials.

Establishment Republicans “Stuck on Stupid” Regarding Repeal and Replacement of Obamacare

House Speaker Paul Ryan (R-WI) is thrusting out his chest and popping his shirt buttons over the Republican health care insurance legislation dubbed “Ryancare” or “Trumpcare.”  Ryan and his establishment RINO ilk have discarded the rhetoric of “repeal” of Obamacare substituting “repeal and replacement” of the atrocious unconstitutional legislation.  Despite outcries from fellow House Republicans, Senate Republican members, and the public, Ryan has pushed his form of health care insurance coverage legislation through two House committees with the rhetoric and promise of two additional steps required to repeal Obamacare and insert the Republican version.  However, Ryan and his ilk are “stuck on stupid” when it comes to repealing and replacing Obamacare by refusing to entertain any other ideas except the slice and dice plan comprised of previous plans floated by Republicans in 2015.

Confusion Remains in Difference Between “health care,” “health care access,” and “health care insurance”

With the roll-out of the GOP plan to “repeal and replace” Obamacare, terms thrown out by both sides of the aisle use terms interchangeably that are different and should be used as such.  Both Republicans and Democrats use the terms “health care,” “health care access,” and “health care insurance” interchangeably, as if the terms are alike and have the same meaning, when the terms are different and cannot be used interchangeably.  This incorrect usage of terms has caused confusion among much of the public resulting in fierce defense of Obamacare and dissent against the unconstitutional GOP health care insurance plan being dubbed “Ryancare.”  Interchanging these terms and causing confusion among the public is immoral, irresponsible and political in nature.

Conservative and Libertarian Members of Congress Come Out Against Republican Establishment Plan to Replace Obamacare

If you read yesterday’s article, Republicans Release Contents of Bill Detailing Repeal and Replacement of Obamacare — Good Luck Knowing Exactly What They Are Doing, and looked at the links provided, you will understand that establishment Republicans are not repealing Obamacare in its entirety.  What they are doing is piece-meal repealing certain aspects of Obamacare, leaving some tenets of the unconstitutional law in place, and adding their flare to the atrocious law while leaving out crucial details of information for Americans to know exactly what they are doing.

As it turns out, conservative and libertarian members of Congress picked up on this charade, as well as did one State governor, and came out to criticize the establishment Republicans for once again betraying the American public by trying to slip “Obamacare Lite” into legislation. Continue reading

America Stuck with Carpetbagger Congress and Government

When Donald Trump burst onto the political scene, announcing his candidacy for presidency in the 2016 elections, the American public latched onto his platform and message, sometimes rhetoric, that conveyed the absolute opposite of the tired, worn-out Democratic platform and actions of Barack Hussein Obama Soetoro Soebarkah, as well as his administration.  Americans responded overwhelmingly by ousting Democrats in many local, state and national elections.  It was a devastating blow to the Democrats.

However, what did voters accomplish?  As we have seen and known for quite some time, the Democrats are no friend to America.  Their platform has turned socialist, with communist and Marxist elements or communist, with socialist and Marxist elements.  Either way, Democrats are about wealth redistribution, government control and power, and encouraging divisiveness amongst the people to keep Democrats in power.  So, voters spoke and instilled a Republican dominated federal government, to include the election of Donald Trump as the 45th president.  Supposedly, this was to cure all our ills.  Unfortunately, the voters accomplished very little.  America is still stuck with the same old carpetbagger Congress and government as she had prior to the 2016 elections.

Republicans Release Contents of Bill Detailing Repeal and Replacement of Obamacare — Good Luck Knowing Exactly What They Are Doing

Without so much as a drum-roll or elaborate fanfare, the House Energy and Commerce Committee threw off the veil of the legislative bill to repeal and replace Obamacare.  However, unless you obtain a copy of the current Obamacare legislation (thousands of pages long),  a copy of the Social Security Act, the Internal Revenue Code, the Code of Federal Regulations, and the United States Code, it is difficult to know exactly what Republicans are doing with this bill.  Moreover, the release of the bill text is overshadowed by stories of Obama wiretapping Trump, Obama robbing Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac to fund Obamacare, and a plethora of sensational stories covering the “tit for tat” spat between the Trump and former Obama administration.

Celebrities and the Famous Need to Shut Up – Their Opinion Is No More Important Than The Average Citizen

Matt Damon had voiced his concern over Donald Trump as president, going so far to say he was “frightened of a Trump presidency.”  Once Donald Trump was elected president, Damon turned around to say, “we can work with anybody, even Trump.”  Damon has sought to meet with Trump to pitch his “clean water initiative.”

Lindsay Lohan jet-setted herself to Turkey to “work with Syrian refugees” housed in the camps in Turkey.  After working with these people for several months, she invited Donald Trump to come to Turkey and visit Syria and Turkey with her.  Moreover, after meeting with Turkey’s President Erdogan, Lohan has reached out to encourage a meeting between Putin, Trump and Erdogan, to include other Hollyweird celebrities to discuss the Syrian refugee crisis.

Leonardo DiCaprio continues to froth at the mouth over the man-made climate change hoax while Meryl Streep uses every Hollyweird award event to spew her opinion of the Trump administration.  And, let’s not forget the empty heads on ABC’s The View who get diarrhea of the mouth when it comes to politics but do not even know the Constitution to speak intelligently to it.  But, these “captive audiences” hear what these empty heads say and parrot their talking points that has more holes in it than swiss cheese.

And, who could forget the numerous times the television ads showing Demi Moore, Ashton Kutcher, and other celebrities “pledging themselves to Barack Obama?”  In what could be considered  a sickening display of actions reminiscent of Nazi Germany, where individuals had to pledge their allegiance to Hitler, these Hollyweirdos ended the ad with pledging to be a servant to Obama.  These Hollyweirdos sent another message to the electors of the Electoral College requesting they not vote for Trump for president.

And, if all this isn’t enough, major sports figures engage in political statement making while at work (playing a televised ball game) by refusing to stand for the national anthem, declaring their opposition to honor a flag that stands for “oppression.”  America also saw these figures perpetuate a lie with the “hands up, don’t shoot” gesture when all the evidence verified witness statements as a lie.  Here are individuals of all ethnic backgrounds making millions of dollars per year to play sports criticizing the republic whose system allowed their rise in status as oppressive.  That’s rich!

What makes these tools think their celebrity status and notoriety qualify their opinion to weigh more than the average citizen when it comes to issues facing this republic?

Democrats Love to Regulate Behavior — The Latest Attack Involves E-Cigarettes

Democrats are all about “saving” individuals from themselves when it comes to dangerous products.  Several united States cities have implemented a soda tax that assesses additional tax on carbonated sugar-sweetened beverages including those that use artificial sweetener.  The idea behind this tax is to “lessen obesity” and decrease the cost of medical treatment of conditions related to being obese.  Yet, no tax is assessed on candy, cakes, and other sugar sweetened products — only soda.

For quite sometime now, Democrats have had their eyes on the vaping or E-cigarette industry on the pretext that these products are marketed to children, luring them into smoking cigarettes.  Despite numerous research projects and physician endorsement of E-cigarettes to aid in cigarette smoking cessation, as well as testimony from former smokers, New Jersey Democrats have set their eye on banning all flavored vaping products, except for tobacco, menthol and clove flavored products.

Transportation Security Administration(TSA) To Graduate from Molestation Pat-downs to Full On Sexual Assault

While the title may sound a little far-fetched, one might not think so after reading the article and the source.  Traveling by air since 9/11 has included screening by the Transportation Security Administration.  Since its inception, passengers have gone from passing through a metal detector, having their carry-on baggage x-rayed and sometimes searched, and enduring the occasional hand scan and “pat-down” to passing through the “naked body scanners” and enduring groping molestation searches upon seeing something suspicious or an individual refusing to pass through the naked scanners.  Children have been traumatized by these “pat-downs.”  Women have been humiliated by these procedures.  And, individuals with health problems have been humiliated, embarrassed and uncomfortable throughout their flight by having their medical devices malfunction because of the pat-downs.  But, this will be minor compared to what will occur with the new search procedures.

In response to a study of a 2015 report that criticized the TSA’s screening procedures, the agency will change its procedures to only one type of search that will be more “comprehensive” in nature.
