Whistleblowers on Planned Parenthood Selling Murdered Baby Body Parts Indicted As PP Gets Pass

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator, with certain unalienable rights, that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. — Declaration of Independence, July 4, 1776.

When references are made to the founding documents, the reference refers to the Declaration of Independence, as well as the Constitution of the united States of America and the Bill of Rights.  One of the self-evident truths is the unalienable right to life — the right to exist.  It brings up a conundrum for some as to when it is that life begins in order to identify when the right to life is apparent.  Life begins at the time of conception.

Individuals who support murder of babies in the womb, termed abortion, will declare the baby is nothing more than a blob of tissue in the first trimester so there is nothing wrong with removing the tissue.  Yet, Planned Parenthood, the government funded murder mill of babies in the womb, has been exposed selling organs and tissue from aborted babies.  Undercover investigative videos taken by Center for Medical Progress leaders David Daleiden and Sandra Merritt exposed Planned Parenthood doctors and staff haggling over prices for parts.  Staff of the government funded murder mill talked on camera about cutting the baby’s face open, before being murdered, to obtain the brain.  This is worse than any horror movie ever made.

These videos shocked many in America.  As well the videos should.  If one judges a society by how it treats the most helpless among its members, the united States society, as a whole, would be condemned to spend an eternity in Hades.  For all our establishment as a nation that declared everyone has a right to life, many in our nation and government have determined mothers have the right to decide to murder their children as long as they are within the mother’s body when she determines  she wants to do so.  Yet, the mother cannot murder the baby alone — another individual is involved in the crime.  And, these individuals working for Planned Parenthood perform murder while helping the organization reap profits obtained by selling parts of a baby a mother decides to have murdered but offer the mother nothing for her “donation.”  It is an immoral act for a woman to murder her baby for convenience or “choice.”  It is a grossly immoral act to murder for profit a life that cannot defend itself and relies on the protection of the most trusted — the mother.

In another immoral act, a Grand Jury in Texas has indicted CMP leaders David Daleiden and Sandra Merritt on the felony charge of “tampering with a governmental record.”  Daleiden was also indicted on misdemeanor charges of “prohibition of the purchase and sale of human organs.”  The united States enacted legislation the prohibits the sale and purchase of human tissue.  Yet, Planned Parenthood as the seller of parts remains uncharged while the whistleblowers, who posed as buyers or entities interested in procuring human tissue, is charged under the law.

Despite forensic examination of the videos revealing there has been no tampering or alteration, Democrats, liberals and even Planned Parenthood maintain the narrative the videos were doctored.  Planned Parenthood even released statements denying their act of procuring human tissue and organs, selling them f0r profit and declaring their innocence.  When caught red-handed in lies, the organization then stated the practice had since been ceased after telling everyone in America and government they had not sold procured baby parts from murdered babies.  It is obvious Planned Parenthood did exactly what they denied, lied about it, are still in the business of doing it, yet, are not held accountable for their violation of the law.

The Center for Medical Progress released a statement.

The Center for Medical Progress uses the same undercover techniques that investigative journalists have used for decades in exercising our First Amendment rights to freedom of speech and of the press, and follows all applicable laws. We respect the processes of the Harris County District Attorney, and note that buying fetal tissue requires a seller as well. Planned Parenthood still cannot deny the admissions from their leadership about fetal organ sales captured on video for all the world to see.

Interesting point isn’t it.  If the whistleblowers are indicted for buying, why isn’t the Planned Parenthood organization indicted for selling?  It does take two to tango.  The most likely reason is that Planned Parenthood, being a government funded organization, enjoys protection by the federal government, more specifically, certain individuals in Congress.  Moreover, these individuals were conducting an investigation into Planned Parenthood as an entity dedicated to the preservation of life.  The investigative journalists of yesteryear are no more — the major news organizations are controlled by the government through liberal progressive media moguls.  Who is to investigate claims of wrong-doing when government agencies refuse and investigative journalism has gone extinct?  When does government find guilt when investigating its own?

Liberals, progressives and Democrats will jump up and down declaring murdering of their baby in the womb as “women’s right to choose.”  None of these individuals will address the number of choices available to prevent pregnancy — free birth control through health departments and Planned Parenthood (supposedly), abstinence, condoms and foam.  Nor will any of these individuals address the issue of the need for another individual or individuals to actually perform the murder under the “woman’s right to choose” to murder her infant.

They spout the need for population control and no place for unwanted children.  Frequently, those opposed to the murder of babies in the womb receive the comment, “if these women don’t want these children, why don’t you Jesus believers offer to take them?  You don’t want them either so you deny a woman’s right to choose.  Hypocrites!”

Who is truly a hypocrite — those who recognize the multitude of choices to prevent pregnancy or those who decide one individual’s right to choose is more important than one’s right to life who cannot speak for himself/herself?  The right to life means a right to be born as well.  The right to choose does not trump the right to life.  If society decides it is the determiner of who is “worthy” of life and who isn’t based on man’s faulty criteria, it is following in the steps of Hitler and Nazi Germany.  No one’s rights are more important that another’s rights — they are equal and deserving of protection.

The issue here is murder of babies in the womb on demand during the first trimester, not the situation where the mother’s life could be jeopardized through continuation of a pregnancy.

Remember Kermit Gosnell?  He’s the man in jail for performing post-abortion murders on babies who survived the procedure.  It seems government finds that distasteful, horrid and gruesome;  but, the sterile procedure of murder by curettage and suction is palatable when the victim is unseen.

If trying to rationalize Planned Parenthood’s actions as tissue procurement and the mother as a “donor,” that’s a far stretch and  selling “donor” tissue is still against the law.

Through this entire issue remains the law.  So, where is the law in every State that declares murder of babies in the womb is legal?  Roe v. Wade was a case where the Supreme Court rendered a decision applicable to the litigants only.  If “abortion” is legal, no one will have any problem looking through the United States Code or the State Codes to “show me the law.”  For until then, it is appropriate to expose Planned Parenthood as nothing more than government sanctioned, reimbursed murder for the organization to gain a profit through selling murdered baby parts.
