US Citizens Should Realize the United States is Lost – Unless …

If you keep up with the events happening in Washington, DC, you would realize that the united States, as it was founded, is lost unless more individuals educate themselves about our founding and read and understand our founding documents.  While many may “raspberry” the previous statement, others declare their knowledge of the founding documents is fine and no way is this country lost, and some agree, it escapes the bulk of the population who remain asleep or who are barely awake enough to discern and assess what is happening.

Speaker of the House of Representatives Paul Ryan (R-WI) completed his first major legislative achievement that Breitbart calls “complete sell-out of the American people masquerading as an appropriations bill.”  This comes in a long line of betrayals by the Republican party under former Speaker John Boehner (R-OH) since the 2014 midterm elections.  Here is a breakdown of the appropriations bill and the explanations of problems with the first three.

(1) Ryan’s Omnibus Fully Funds DACA

Though much of the public attention has surrounded the President’s 2014 executive amnesty, the President’s 2012 amnesty quietly continues to churn out work permits and federal benefits for hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens. Paul Ryan’s bill funds entirely this 2012 executive amnesty for “DREAMers”—or illegal immigrants who came to the country as minors.

Specifically, Division F of Ryan’s omnibus bill contains no language that would prohibit the use of funds to continue the President’s unconstitutional program. Obama’s executive action, known as Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA), has granted around 700,000 illegal aliens with work permits, as well as the ability to receive tax credits and federal entitlement programs. A recent GAO report documented how this illegal amnesty program for alien youth is, in large part, responsible for the illegal alien minor surge on our southern border.

In 2013, Paul Ryan said that it is his job as a U.S. lawmaker to put himself in the shoes of “the DREAMer who is waiting” and work to find legislative solutions to his or her problems.

Funding for unconstitutional, illegal, unlawful executive orders should never find its way into any congressional bill.  The power of the purse given to Congress in the Constitution is a “check” on overreach by the executive.  It appears the current Speaker of the House Paul Ryan is a steroid enhanced John Boehner clone.

This part of the spending bill will result in additional influx of illegal alien invaders into the nation in numbers that could be devastating.  In all honesty, this portion of the bill is to put the final nail in the economic coffin of the united States and individual States through access to programs reserved for citizens.  It will bankrupt the middle class.

When a duly elected representative of US citizens declares his job anything other than honoring his Oath of Office and representing those who elected him, this representative has violated his oath and needs removal.  No representative of the people, aka citizens, should declare allegiance to non-citizens.  Evidently, Ryan cares not for the voters in his district.  This means a shift where illegal alien invader criminals are given elevated status above citizens.

(2) Ryan’s Omnibus Funds Sanctuary Cities

Five months ago, 32-year-old Kate Steinle was bleeding to death in her father’s arms. She was gunned down in broad daylight by a five-time deported criminal alien whose presence in the country was the direct result of San Francisco’s refusal to comply with U.S. immigration law—yet Paul Ryan’s omnibus rewards these lawless Sanctuary Cities with federal grants. Division B Title II of Ryan’s omnibus funds various grant programs for the Department of Justice (pages 167, 168, and 169) and contains no language that would restrict the provision of such grants to sanctuary jurisdictions.

In a Congressional hearing, Steinle’s father demanded Congressional action and recalled his daughter’s dying words: “Help me, Dad.”

Sanctuary cities are a violation of duly passed immigration laws since the Constitution delegates the power to Congress to make immigration and naturalization laws.  No city or State can violate laws that are constitutional and within the purview of the federal government.  Yet, Ryan chooses to reward these law-breaking cities with federal funds.

Obama and the federal government have failed to uphold immigration law and a complicit Congress refuses to hold Obama accountable.  States that rise to protect their citizens from illegal alien invaders are slapped down by the government.  It is the States duty to protect its citizens when the federal government refuses. However, Obama threatens States that do.  Ryan is complicit in Obama’s usurpations that deny protection of citizens from illegal alien invader criminals.

(3) Ryan’s Omnibus Funds All Refugee Programs

Despite broad support amongst Republican lawmakers for a proposal introduced by Rep. Brian Babin (R-TX) to halt all refugee resettlement, Ryan’s appropriations bill will fund President Obama’s refugee resettlement operation and will allow for the admission of tens of thousands of refugees with access to federal benefits. Division H Title II of Ryan’s bill contains appropriations of the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and contains no language that would restrict the program. Nor are there any restrictions for the program in Division K of Ryan’s bill, which provides funding for the Department of State, which oversees refugee admissions.

Ryan is not one of the 84 cosponsors of Babin’s bill to halt the refugee operation, and he recently told Sean Hannity that he does not support halting resettlement because, “We’re a compassionate country. The refugees laws are important laws.” Similarly, this outcome represents a legislative win for Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL), who told Sean Hannity he’d “hate to use” Congress’s power of the purse to deny funding for Obama’s resettlement operation.

The resettlement of refugees in this nation presents several problems.  The united States is under no obligation to accept or resettle refugees according to former UN Ambassador John Bolton.   Importation of the number of refugees per year planned by Obama is slated to do several things.

First, money the united States does not have is used to import these individuals into the nation.  Obama, then, allows these illegal alien invaders imported by the government access to programs reserved for citizens.  Our debt increases and with the drain on programs’ funds, it means a decrease in benefits for citizens.

Second, it jeopardizes national security at a time when terrorist threats and activities are more frequent.  These individuals cannot be thoroughly vetted — in all honesty, no type of vetting is in place.  Cities in the nation will be overwhelmed in the ability to provide basics meaning what is seen in Europe is potentially what will happen in the united States.  Terrorist will enter stealthily through declaring refugee status meaning compromise of national security.  This is a criminal act by Obama, Ryan and all representatives who pass this provision.

Third, with unilateral, unconstitutional, illegal and unlawful Obamnesty, these imported invaders are possibly slated to receive citizenship without assimilation, which followers of Islam refuse to do.  This is an instigated change of demographics which can jeopardize our form of government, meaning a funded, contrived, insurrection (changing the form of government) from within, which is treason.

Citizens calling for removal of corrupt officials in government and ridding the nation of unconstitutional agencies are not changing the government, just the individuals who have violated the Constitution.  Unfortunately, citizens will pay for their slumber.

Compassion has nothing to do with accepting immigrants or refugees.  When a nation has an economy hanging by a thread, high unemployment, and a government that spends more than what it has or the people capable of providing through taxes, the addition of individuals, who are unemployable, refuse to assimilate, and access programs reserved for citizens bankrupt a nation.  With bankruptcy comes chaos, confusion, and havoc.

Look at it from operating a home.  You provide for your dependents and yourself first before helping others.  With what is happening as far as inflation versus wages, the majority of US families are approaching unsustainability.  There’s not much left over to “exhibit compassion.”  The household will fold when it runs in the red too long.  It’s the same with the US government and spending.

What is being done through this omnibus bill is set to absolutely destroy this nation in every way.  The plan, now funded because of Ryan, is now set to rapidly change the demographics of the united States.  With the influx of illegal alien invaders, potential terrorists, and massive followers of Islam instigated by Obama, our nation as we know it, where the Constitution frames our government, is gone — replaced with unilateral edict and decree by one man.  Citizen representation will soon cease to exist meaning a cessation of Congress.  Dictatorships do not require a Congress as the people are denied representation.

Stay tuned for Part II.
